Each individual may hold only one (1) winhq account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering a winhq account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
winhq is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winhq login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. winhq will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your winhq account, you must contact support immediately.
winhq accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
winhq does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempting to deposit via prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit into your winhq account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
winhq reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
All winhq account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). winhq does not operate multi-currency accounts.
winhq offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:
Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
All games available on winhq use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcome of all games is determined by these certified RNGs and is not influenced by winhq or any third party.
Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the winhq server records, the server records shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. winhq's decision on all game-related disputes is final.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, winhq reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. winhq is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winhq platform:
winhq reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
winhq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. winhq is not liable for any losses arising from account suspension where such suspension is the result of the player's own breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winhq's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winhq platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winhq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winhq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the winhq platform, even if winhq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winhq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
winhq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the winhq Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By registering a winhq account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
winhq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the winhq platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and winhq, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting winhq customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
